Because Li Er, the "Keeper of the Treasury" in the Western Zhou Dynasty, came here to practice in seclusion, he was revered as the Supreme Lord Lao by Taoism, and Emperor Taizong of Tang renamed it "Laojun Mountain". Laojun Mountain is a picturesque place with beautiful mountains and waters. Yuhuangding is 2,200 meters above sea level, with a huge wall standing upright. It is the main peak of the 800-li Funiu Mountain. It is known as the "Zhangjiajie of the North" and a national 5A-level scenic spot!
